What Happens Next
Upon delivery of your item, you’ll be given 14 days to return any unwanted items or report any problems.
Items returned must follow the below to be eligible for a refund / exchange:
- Items must be in NEW condition
- items must be in their original packaging (Unless damaged on delivery)
- Any labels must NOT be removed
- A member of RSPstores must be notified within 14 days of delivery with your order details.
Damaged / Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us directly so we can rectify this for you.
Please ensure you do not use items that are defective as this invalidates your right to return. Any Items returned that are used, will be rejected and damage / usage will be documented.
Changed Your Mind?
If you have a change of mind, we cannot cover returns postage, and items returned by choice will need to meet the above criteria. Once an item is returned, and meets the above, you will be notified by a member of RSPstores using your chosen method of contact It is the customers responsibility to return any products back to RSPstores we do not offer a collection service thank you.
Handling fee
Products being returned for a refund inc damaged goods will be subject to a 15% handling charge, and return postage is to be paid by the customer.
If the customer is returning a damaged item for exchange the charge does not apply.
